Head of Penjaringan Tax Service Unit (UPPD), Faisal Syafrudin said that the tax revenue in the area is Rp 870 billion.
"Last week we opened tax service in Pluit Juction Mall. In the mall there were only 32 taxpayers registered. And the tax collected was amounted to Rp 32 million," he said, Friday (11/6).
Tax Arrears of Cilincing UPPD Decreased Rp 60 BHe uttered that in the near future such service will be opened in different location. It is targeted until December there will be 3 malls visited.
He is optimistic the system will boost the tax revenue. Besides that, door to door system is also being done.
"As many as 8 staffs are sent everyday to visit taxpayers from door to door. It is for reminding citizens to complete their obligation," he closed.
